Joining OKG has been one of the best decisions of my career. Everyone here is incredibly supportive and genuinely passionate about what they do. The onboarding process was very smooth and welcoming. Although overwhelming at first due to the nature of industry, but from day one, I felt supported as I navigated my new role. Moreover, the leadership team is approachable and genuinely committed to our growth. Their transparency and regular check ins make me feel valued as an employee.

Additionally, some of the fun activities are scheduled during the day, which may unintentionally exclude those working in the nightshift. By exploring options to host more events at varied times, we could create a more inclusive atmosphere where everyone has the opportunity to participate.
