Pros
The process from recruitment until first day onboarding was very engaging and meaningful. The company provides a generous benefit and the work culture is exceptionally good. It is comparable, and in fact, something that you will not find in another typical MNC setup in Malaysia. Although working on rotational shift basis is required, the work-life balance here is guaranteed. You will also be provided state-of-the-art tools (ie, Macbook) and sufficient support to kickstart your career. Occasionally, there will be incentives and small events to celebrate small success and milestones which in general will boost the team's morale and employee culture as a whole. Whilst there are still room for improvement, all in all, it is a first class organisation that sets a new level of company standards in Malaysia.
