Scope of work: most of the team will have their own scope of work where you do not have to work out if it. As long as you follow the OKR & KPI.

Leadership: its really up to who becomes your leader. It shouldn’t be like that. Definitely an area to improve.
Culture: mostly Chinese culture even though the company takes pride in a diversity environment.
No worklife balance. 5 days office. Shifts on top. Taking a toll on my mental health.
