      I’ve felt supported by management and my peers. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment, which makes it easy to feel like part of a team working toward shared goals. Team leader and manager are always there to help.

      Cons

      Processes can feel a bit disorganized as the company scales, but leadership is actively working on addressing these areas to improve efficiency.

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
