- Team leads are chosen based on how "Yes Man" they are and everyone knows about it.
- There is no solid KPI to defend the quality of your work so when any perf assessments, it's all subjective to how your manager likes you(how much OT you had and they call it Impact!).
- Too many reporting systems and reporting meeting and of all kind for any small matter to always micro manage every simple change.
- You need to understand Chinese, otherwise depending on your team, you might not have any english speaker in your team!
- In all meeting we pretend to be happy but cause critiques usually end up with "we need to adopt ourself to company culture".
- An employee shared concerns in an anonymous survey and they solved it by cancelling the anonymous surveys! lol
