Crazy internal politics and lack of strategies lead to conflicts and restructuring all the time. Everyone, from leadership to each staff member, is fighting. 4. Every small team has to fire 1 employee regardless of performance. So ignore performance, focus on making your line manager your best friend, and hope that he/she won't be fired too. 5. Talent Acquisition and headhunters will lie to you about good culture and job security - DON'T believe them. Advices: Ask for a super high base salary when you have the interview, as LTI and bonus are not guaranteed due to internal politics. So that when your team/role get dissolved, you wont lose too much money.
