1. Build and fire teams randomly, as there are no strategies 2. Fire employees right before LTI and bonus to save budget 3. Crazy internal politics and lack of strategies lead to conflicts and restructuring all the time. Everyone, from leadership to each staff member, is fighting. 4. Every small team has to fire 1 employee regardless of performance. So ignore performance, focus on making your line manager your best friend, and hope that he/she won't be fired too. 5. Talent Acquisition and headhunters will lie to you about good culture and job security - DON'T believe them. Advices: Ask for a super high base salary when you have the interview, as LTI and bonus are not guaranteed due to internal politics. So that when your team/role get dissolved, you wont lose too much money.

Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

Cons

many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

Cons

Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
