Pros
The core values (we before me. get things done. do the right thing) truly drive the culture, actions and attitude across the company. It is fast paced so there is a lot of opportunity to get things done that make an impact and learn. I joined less than 1 year ago, and I am so happy that I did. Cons
I wouldn't necessarily call it a negative, but an important thing to be aware of is that global teams can require meeting times outside of the 9am-5pm window. In my experience, there is flexibility and consideration to reasonably accommodate across timezones when possible (e.g., swap between morning & evening meetings, etc.).
