      - Great company to work at with tons of exposure and learning experience - Diverse work environment with multicultural based on worldwide employments - Superb benefits that cover almost all aspects that you can think of - Lots of opportunities on offer for promotions or lateral movements - It’s a big company that still care about the "small people"

      Cons

      Currently, it's a giant company with huge employment numbers and similar to all other big companies, may become prone to corporate black hole in the future.

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
