      Pros

      - Excellent employee benefits, including fitness allowance, learning allowance, team building fund and etc. - Supportive work culture and teamwork - Competitive salary and incentives

      Cons

      - Overcrowded office with limited seating - The environment gets quite warm after office hours - The budget for event gifts and office snacks has been reduced, even though the headcount has increased. As a result, the standard of these benefits has declined.

      Pros

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
