      Cons

      No company is perfect, and we’re no exception. As we continue to grow, there are naturally areas we’re still improving, like updating our technology, expanding our office space, and refining our processes. These are all part of the journey of becoming better.

      Pros

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
