      - Work-life balance can be difficult to maintain on certain projects and longer working hours are sometimes expected - Adhoc planning can lead to occasional last-minute changes and extra pressure - No option for working from home

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
