      Pros

      Good environment, nice people to work with in Malta.

      Cons

      They should change to a different job title, as AML is something else, not just clicking repetitively on what the system tells you to do. Few benefits. Always be at the office (no hybrid options). Managers from the other side of the world with a Boomer approach

      Pros

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
