      Basically, no matter how high your salary is, it can be matched. The meal allowance and team building policy are very good.

      bad culture，no clear career growth path, no salary adjustment, some team leaders have no respect for employees below

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
