Pros
Great culture and benefits. The company is trying to become more inclusive, and has set up several Employee Resource Group to create a safe space for employees in similar circumstances as well as educate other employees about the life experiences of those in the Employee Resource Group.
Cons
While the company is starting to become progressive, it's progression is slow moving. Maternity leave was considered short term disability until recently. Once the company created a policy for "parental leave", the amount of vacation and sick time was reduced by a week total which ultimately hinders employees with younger children.
