Great environment to work in. Very open, trusting, and collaborative with a focus on letting software engineers do what they do best everyday. Ocado Technology, unlike many other companies, actually do Agile properly and allow each team's implementation to vary depending on the product needs and team fit. Tech stacks can also vary from one team to the next, because Ocado Technology want people to experiment with the latest cutting edge tech and incorporate it into their products if it's the right fit. The company also has a very flat hierarchy, with many opportunities to chat with management at all levels. It's very rare to see agility and willingness to improve and learn at an upper management level, but I can honestly say that I see that here. Overall, great place to work!
Cons
Hatfield location is not ideal. Salary offerings can't always compete with London salaries.
