Sr. Management just doesn't get it anymore. the closed a bunch of branches (understandably) but are not staffing the remaining branches appropriately. Retail feels like it is a dyeing bird here, and we feel it everyday.

The orientation process at OceanFirst Bank was exceptionally well executed. It created a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where interns were introduced to the company’s culture and daily operations. Senior leaders—including the CEO, treasurer, and other top executives—took the time to speak about their roles and their contributions to fostering that culture. Interns were also given valuable opportunities to network and connect with one another. Overall, the experience was both engaging and highly enjoyable.
