      Pros

      I can honestly say that I have enjoyed working for OFB and they allowed me to grow within my department. I believe they are fair to their employees and allow us to be heard.

      Cons

      The only con I can say is that I am based in RB HQ2 and live in Toms River. I was told there is no room there but I do work in the hotel space 1 time a week and I do see many empty offices and spaces, it can get costly going to RB with Gas and tolls. However, my files and work is locked up in RB HQ2, I am more productive working there.

      Pros

      The orientation process at OceanFirst Bank was exceptionally well executed. It created a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where interns were introduced to the company’s culture and daily operations. Senior leaders—including the CEO, treasurer, and other top executives—took the time to speak about their roles and their contributions to fostering that culture. Interns were also given valuable opportunities to network and connect with one another. Overall, the experience was both engaging and highly enjoyable.
