We can all pitch ideas that get taken into consideration and possibly even improve our policies in place. There are projects that might seem challenging at first, however with the guidance provided by the supervisors/managers we're able to strive forward and achieve the results we need.

The cons for this position are having to rely on companies outside of the organization to receive funding, sometimes they aren't as quick responding as everyone else is.
