Pros
Ohiohealth is a very reputable company. I had the privilege of working for Marion but hope to move on and work for Riverside in Columbus. They have a better reputation and doctors that wok there.
Cons
It's never easy to see patients that are very ill or have a poor prognosis. We deal with life and death regularly. Those that come in and are coding and do not make it, that's the very sad part of working in emergency care
