Pros
OhioHealth is a class organization from the top to bottom, when a goal is establish it is accomplished. They do the right thing in most cases, its invested in the communities success, and cares for its employees and they invest in the best clinical technologies money can buy.
Cons
OhioHealth has over extended itself between the race to expand/grow, COVID, and the great resignation. The ask for more is constant, especially from the precious asset the organization has, the clinical staff. OH will ask its employees to adapt and take on additional responsibilities, but be overly conservative promoting from within and letting associates rise to the occasion.
