Pros
TAP is easy to use. Coworkers were friendly. Supervisor was awesome.
Cons
Where do I start? Lack of communication. No “goals” team work is a joke. They treat you like kindergartners. I never once met my manager on a teams meeting. No room for growth in this department at all. Nothing to move too unless your in clinical work. I thought so highly about the company at first and then realized we are all in a big pot mixed together. They will replace you in a heart beat. I had a great relationship with management and coworkers. Worked OT. TRAINED and helped where I could and all I ever got was a pat on the back. The job itself if extremely draining. Very call center like. They care about their numbers and not their employees. Very strict on scoring and “handling the calls” is very scripted and if you mess up once they “coach” you on it. Very defeating and not a good place to work.
