Too much change and all at once. Senior leaders think everything is the priority but don’t provide enough staff to do the work. The stress of this is ridiculous especially when we’ll end up redoing the work in a few years time because leadership won’t commit to the changes. Too many roles aren’t filled for a year or longer which is all done to save money in the short-term - this shows an overall lack of caring and consideration to associates when they don’t have the right amount of people to do the work.
