While some roles have upward mobility, there are a lot that don't. It takes a lot of time and effort to get anything done. They talk about being a "system" yet they severely lack a system approach to most work. Some people can quite easily get away with doing very little work and make a ton of money AND get promoted, while others who work their tails off, save the company money hand over fist can't get fairly compensated even after years of proving their ability, worth, talent, loyalty and willingness. Health benefits for a healthcare organization are not great.
