Pros
It's amazing to work for a company where you can believe in not just the product quality but the mission of the organization. I LOVE coming to work each day and value the contributions of my coworkers. We work as one team and are focused on the long term goal of revolutionizing agriculture! This is one of the few vertical farms not filing for bankruptcy. I think this is indicative of their strategic vision and tactical ability to run the day to day business efficiently. Leaders are great, they listen and take feedback. Not everything I suggest gets implemented but that's okay because it's a huge operation and that wouldn't be feasible.
Cons
The pace is fast and my role continually changes, this can be frustrating. I would caution people who are not comfortable with change from joining the organization.
