Flexible schedule, good IT tools

Cons

no respect for diversity, majority of employees with very low knowledge level, the worst they continue to hire same profile, nice talking, nice looking low skills level; selling a company culture is is more and more looking as a sect.

Pros

GREAT work / life balance and benefits. From what I've seen, they truly care about their employees. Super fast growth, pretty secure financials. Extremely diverse workforce. Open to changes. Definitely recommend

Cons

Newish company means some things like specific policies are not fully fleshed out, but that's been changing rapidly as they catch up to their growing workforce.
