no respect for diversity, majority of employees with very low knowledge level, the worst they continue to hire same profile, nice talking, nice looking low skills level; selling a company culture is is more and more looking as a sect.
GREAT work / life balance and benefits. From what I've seen, they truly care about their employees. Super fast growth, pretty secure financials. Extremely diverse workforce. Open to changes. Definitely recommend
