Pros

LaserShip is a strong Regional company emerging into the National market as a the largest East Coast Parcel provider. LaserShip is very dedicated to growth as an organization which excites me as an employee. I am very poroud to be a part of a company that is a WINNER. LaserShip has transformed with the market changes that have occured in the transportation industry through the mergence of .com shippers. The market place has changed as cosumers receive shipments directly to their residential address. LaserShip has transformed it's supply chain and service offerings to accomodate this type of delviery model. As LaserShip has grown the opportunities to grow has been wonderful. LaserSihp's extensive dleivery network has provided me with the opportunty to extend my relatiosnhip's with current customers to more markets than ever before. I also see promotions and new positiuons arrising with LaserShip company all the time. LaserShip truly is a good company to be a part of from the driver positions all the way to management.

Cons

The only CON i could see improve would be the aspect of managing the growth. The company needs to manage the service provided as the growth continues to grow with the goal of providing the best servcie to every customer.

This is solely for the IR/sunrise shift. -Poor management/leadership they don’t communicate well and yell and talk down on you. They got rid of the managers that we actually liked working for a few months ago. People have quit because how she treats us handlers . -scheduling - have you start earlier but take an hour lunch . Make it make sense - hard workers - they will run you into the ground , while the lazy/slower workers don’t get pushed or worked as hard. A lot of favoritism here - safety hazards everywhere - pallets not spaced , irregular boxes / oversized boxes lining the belts and exits of the trucks - training - very poor . They will put new people on the van lines and not even explain/show what needs to be done . They do not train us how to brick load or build a solid wall. -personnel - revolving door . They waste time onboarding people just to have them work a week then leave sometimes just a day or two . On any given day 8-10 people call in . Then the burden is on the people that show up . Pay - they need to pay a differential for night shift . It might keep more people . I have seen the good and bad here . The current situation is the bad .
