Pros

Some nice people, but that's it.

Cons

Made choice to leave after 2 weeks. Was hired as AP Specialist 2. Turns out, it wasn't an AP job. Commissions and such. Was not properly trained. Never understood job and it was miserable showing up. The job is full of 'Frankenstein' tasks: nothing makes sense to anyone outside of ten years experience. Every system is patchwork and appears to have been created to answer only a specific issue and not overall efficiency. Constantly asked for help but received very little. Was constantly called by female trainer 'One of the boys'- I am an adult, not a boy. Asked my age- completely inappropriate in a work setting. Offered salary of an AP Clerk even though my title was AP Specialist 2. That was my fault for accepting but reflects management's attitude toward employees. Beware: life/work balance is non-existent. Commissions people constantly work way over 40 hours per week. Was third person to be hired and quit/be fired in last 9 months for this specific position. That should tell you all you need to know.

Pros

It is a pay check

Cons

This is solely for the IR/sunrise shift. -Poor management/leadership they don’t communicate well and yell and talk down on you. They got rid of the managers that we actually liked working for a few months ago. People have quit because how she treats us handlers . -scheduling - have you start earlier but take an hour lunch . Make it make sense - hard workers - they will run you into the ground , while the lazy/slower workers don’t get pushed or worked as hard. A lot of favoritism here - safety hazards everywhere - pallets not spaced , irregular boxes / oversized boxes lining the belts and exits of the trucks - training - very poor . They will put new people on the van lines and not even explain/show what needs to be done . They do not train us how to brick load or build a solid wall. -personnel - revolving door . They waste time onboarding people just to have them work a week then leave sometimes just a day or two . On any given day 8-10 people call in . Then the burden is on the people that show up . Pay - they need to pay a differential for night shift . It might keep more people . I have seen the good and bad here . The current situation is the bad .
