Pros

No pros of working here as a dispatcher. You're better off being a contractor.

Cons

They micromanage every day because management does not know what they are doing; literally. This company will hire anybody and fire them just as fast. The turnover rate is through the roof. I've worked here for nearly 2 years and outlived 3 general managers, 3 operation managers, and countless employees. Management will literally curse you out and threaten your employment if you do not do what they ask. And what they ask of their employees is unethical & breaks protocol and procedures, including HIPAA. Do not ruin your reputation working here (Georgia). Do not expect a raise or promotion, you will not get one, no matter how hard you work. No consistency in scheduling; if they change your schedule (time or days) that is officially your new schedule. They do not care about work/life balance.

This is solely for the IR/sunrise shift. -Poor management/leadership they don’t communicate well and yell and talk down on you. They got rid of the managers that we actually liked working for a few months ago. People have quit because how she treats us handlers . -scheduling - have you start earlier but take an hour lunch . Make it make sense - hard workers - they will run you into the ground , while the lazy/slower workers don’t get pushed or worked as hard. A lot of favoritism here - safety hazards everywhere - pallets not spaced , irregular boxes / oversized boxes lining the belts and exits of the trucks - training - very poor . They will put new people on the van lines and not even explain/show what needs to be done . They do not train us how to brick load or build a solid wall. -personnel - revolving door . They waste time onboarding people just to have them work a week then leave sometimes just a day or two . On any given day 8-10 people call in . Then the burden is on the people that show up . Pay - they need to pay a differential for night shift . It might keep more people . I have seen the good and bad here . The current situation is the bad .
