Pros
A lot of the fellow coworkers are very friendly people.
Cons
People in management is constantly changing. In the 5 years that I have worked there, most are controlling, will make you take on the physical work load of 2 people for 6 hours with only *1* 10 minute break, they will play games if you have to leave early, and will not tell anyone if there is a possibility if we are staying longer than 5 or 6 hours. We just work and work until there's a sudden lunch break. Heads up if you're disabled, there's a short woman manager that will eventually get frustrated with your medical problems and think you're lying, so she accuses you of starting problems. There's an inhumane expectation to lift 100+ pounds off a conveyor belt without any kind of help or support. (Some of those boxes can be 8 feet wide too), most of the belt leaders do not care if you're struggling. You have to be their friend if you want help. The list does not end.
