We can assure you that both our HR department, and our organization, take great care in making and communicating decisions about budgets, especially those decisions that affect our employees and the youth and families we serve. We certainly have not been made aware of any situations involving “fabricated and embellished stories to make budget cuts,” nor would we tolerate such behavior if we had any reason to believe it was happening. We are sorry to hear that you feel differently, and it is unfortunate that your concerns were apparently never brought to our attention during your employment.
