Good, constant feedback on performance measures, supportive mid-management, good corporate ideals that fall a bit short of actualization.
Cons
Training abbreviated, misleading job description pre-hire. Was told would be doing tech support only, but sales and billing are at least 40% of workload. Products not as promised (dl speeds, TiVo issues, VOD issues). Nickle&dime of customers such as $50 service calls even when SL equipment at fault.
