      Pros

      Can be a fun position if you like troubleshooting and talking to people.

      Cons

      Sales quotas. Situations caused by the field can be difficult to overcome on the phone depending on how much access to information you are allowed, ie. CMTS access, ability to speak directly to dispatch/ field, and ability to pull detailed signal information.

      Insurance was nice until they laid everyone off.

      Cons

      They were laying people off about 2 months after I was hired.
