Pros

-Self-motivated individuals have room to grow and succeed. -Business professional wear.

Cons

-Pay rate and job duties are not clearly defined until you are about to begin your first day -This job is talked up by management to appeal to your interest but was not what I expected from three interviews and meetings trying to learn more about the company.

We appreciate you taking time to leave us feedback on our glass door page. We are always striving to improve. However, we pride ourselves in having a great work environment and we don't have to lie to our employees. We pride ourselves on honesty and having an open door policy. Our website explains exactly what our company does when we were founded and the fields we work in. Since we work with large fortune ten clients we have client confidentiality agreements which is typical with any large company. I don't think such large well know clients would work with our firm if we were not a legitimate business providing them with their marketing and branding needs. Please feel free to reach out to our office to clear up and confusion you may have in regards to our company.

The money, the building a career Path, benefits, insurance, the people are very nice and teach you diversity in all areas of life .

Cons

Some of the challenges where determine if the numbers I was making was true or if my eyes where messed up.

Pros

I love the team atmosphere. Being able to advance quickly in the company is awesome. I know the people who surround me have great values and ideals and hold themselves to a higher standard. If you are a high energy, driven, extroverted person who loves to talk this job might be for you too. Working with Optimum Retail Dynamics so far has expanded my knowledge of marketing, customer service, management, and client relations. You can definitely make a lot money here if you actually put in the effort.

Cons

You can honestly blame yourself if it doesn't work out for you. Awesome training program that gives you the skills and assets you need to be successful.
