      Pros

      Small hospital, small staff. Get to know your coworkers well. Beautiful facility.

      Cons

      Does not staff appropriately for the busy season. I have been put in dangerous situations because there was "nobody else". I was floated to a department I had never worked in my life and the only nurse on the floor with me had been employed there 2 weeks, no charge nurse.

      Great and supportive leadership! Most staff are there focusing on patient care and wellbeing.
