Pros

Great coworkers and good open door policy with expressing complaints

Cons

They have out of date technology, pay way below national averages on pay scale, if you work nights and work on the night of a holiday you don’t get any holiday pay

Upper management questionable

Pros

Fantastic, ethical staff that will go the extra mile for their patients and their team. Excellent care provided to the community. Many people travel over an hour to come to this hospital, bypassing more convenient facilities

Cons

Upper management will not listen to input from clinicians, and often suggests courses of action that are legally questionable. When people are promoted into leadership roles, they are not provided with any training or support.
