Pros
The area I worked in was flexible with hours, everyone in my group got a long well. Manufacturing a very cool product.
Cons
It seems if you don't follow a similar path as management then you wont be promoted. There is no communication between similar job functions in different facilities. They do not pay their engineers based on experience or years in the field.
