Poor leadership - Materials Oshkosh Defense Employee Review

Avoid working for the Materials team. Absolutely horrible management. No idea what’s going on and treats staff like they’re expendable. I’ve seen them let go one of the best leaders I’ve worked with and he was also a Marine Veteran. They’re “Military Friendly” but the best military guys don’t last.
