Terrible Management-Leadership. Too much micromanagement from Wisconsin to different locations under Oshkosh. Having to accrue PTO hours every 2 weeks isn't ideal. Not being able to flex more than 4 hours during the weeks isn't beneficial to the employee especially if they average 45 - 50 hours a week.
