Cut your hourly pay in half on OT hrs!!!! They cut me from $12hr to $6hr on my OT THEY LIE TO MAKE THE JOB SOUND SO good to get you there then change the HOLE thing they change all the hands pay rate tell the hands they don't get pardim but the formans get $100 pardim EVERY WEEK... Liers liers liers is all these people are there pro business cons that know how to legally take money from you or just not pay you for it and there is nothing you can do about it except take the screwing or leave and not deal with it like i did they say oh if you live more 300+ miles away from your job location you get pardim no no no that's a lie cause I live in south Arkansas and we went to work in Denver Colorado whitch was a 2 day drive and 1700+ miles away from home and was going to be gone for 4-6 months with no home time and no off time it was 7 days a week naw I'm sry but I could see the screwing that was going on and I wasn't doing it cause making $12hr no pardim and getting cut half of your hr rate on OT there is no way to make a living working for them sry people nope nope not this man here if anyone don't beleave what I have said we need to talk and I'll show you my check stub that has the proof all over it... oh and to save them money they move some of your time around to nonproductive cause there is no extra pay on your nonproductive hrs it don't matter how many hrs is on it there is proof on the check stub about that too an they moved some of mine and made a second productive colam cause there was no where elts to move them lol 5.0 hrs so they can rip me off on the money I worked hard for... I will never in my life go back to work for osmose again cause I'm not the type that will sit there and let them take the money I worked hard for and starve me and my family cause there money hungry no good people.... last thing Ima say is this is the proof I had 86.5 hrs for one week you brake that down that's really two weeks and still some but anyways 86.5 hrs I worked in ONE WEEK but my check was only $656 and some change NOW YOU TELL ME THEY AINT SCREWING THERE EMPLOYEES OUT OF THERE MONEY THEY WORK HARD FOR COME ON ITS PLAN AS DAY... I added everything up like it SHULD have been done and I came out with my check should have been right at $1300 so I shuld have brought home no less than $1000 you screw me once but you won't screw me ever again I'm thinking about going to the labor board with my check stub and other paper work I have from the company and see what they say about it... anyways there you have it DONT GO TO WORK FOR OSMOSE UTILITIES THEY ARE LIERS AND THEVES...
