Pros
Product is at a promising stage. Very nice and collaborative people across the ranks. Remote or Hybrid work are acceptable. There's free food at the office.
Cons
Management is now afraid to get fired or not stand out to the new CEO. The first value is Trust, but it should be Luck. If you're lucky, you'll get a supportive manager that guides you and builds you up regardless of company changes. If you're not, you'll get someone who is only concerned with looking good and sees you as a tool.
