Management 🚮 The culture is deception from top to bottom. Most advancements are based off of favoritism. Before you apply, they have already chosen someone that they know for the position. Don’t waste your time. HR will hold you accountable for the mistakes and shortcomings of management. Manual competition created between peers by management with NO rhyme or reason why. There is No reward and no promotion. Raises less than 25 cent per check. Good luck lol
