      the company it self is family oriented far as people who you work with, pay is great, opportunity for advancement is there, and they are an asset to the community as far as giving back to local businesses

      well it is a seasonal money making job if u don't build a pipe line also they will change your schedule times few times a yr with or with out permission

      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
