      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.

      Leaders don't want you to ask questions in group chat. Some Leadership when you do ask questions says it passes them off when you ask questions. Outside Sales Rep. are held to the same standards on phone agents can do sayvwhat ever they want to customer and if they give wrong information to the customer that and they dont get reprimanded for giving wrong information.
