Pros

Dedicated team working at your side in the trenches. Employees and some lower management are good.

Cons

Leadership team is not cohesive. Each pulls in their own direction. Focus is entirely on call center employees, which is understandable to a degree because they make sales; however, the corporation is a team and cannot function well without all of the other departments. 60-80 hour weeks are the norm, with little to no acknowledgement or compensation. Difficult relationship with franchisees.

People know the brand but that’s it

Cons

This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
