The St. Louis Manager does not work a FT schedule, showing up and leaving when he pleases. He does not route drivers efficiently. For instance, he does not evenly distribute the workload . He frequently shows up for work smelling of alcohol. In fact, the drivers work harder and value their jobs more than he does, which is frustrating when he is getting paid more but doing less.
