Coworkers are pretty good Pay is ok

Cons

No support from the warehouses No support from management No empowerment to solve much of anything You're more of a punching bag for customers than an actual problem solver No sick time No ability to call out ahead of time Only 1 week of vacation per year for the 1st 5 years VERY strict attendance policy

People know the brand but that’s it

Cons

This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
