Pros
Pay exceeds job requirements. Room to grow and move around. Good sized company. Enough that you can make an impression or just work and collect a paycheck.
Cons
Schedules are not very flexible, attendance policy could be considered outrageous. The company often hires agent that have sales experience but do not have the emotional capacity to sell on a day to day basis and deal with the stress of life, sales expectations, inter-office politics. This however is not the companies fault. They hire people that likely assure the hiring supervisor that they never miss work, they work great under pressure, they have never had an issue meeting sales goals in the future...then the leave training and do the exact opposite and wonder why they are searching for an outlet to slander a company that gave them an opportunity. Sales is and should be cut throat. The New England Patriots are notorious for cutting players before they're considered 'not an asset anymore'. Business is business. I'd rather work with a company that knows when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em instead of putting the company at risk. Is it true that some good people got let go? Yes. Is it true that some did nothing wrong? Yes. Is it true that most people that got fired/laid off had a huge part in the companies decision? Absolutely. Are you a sales person or do you want to appear to be a sales person? Sales is a state of mind; an attitude. It's not for everyone.
