Pros
The people were wonderful as was the environment. Pays well for typical call center work. Managers were good at seeing those under them as people first and employees second. Managers did their best as a buffer between inescapable corporate demands and the people struggling to meet them.
Cons
Like all customer service positions, a lot of your day boils down to attempting to talk down upset people with problems you can do nothing about often of their own making. There is a very high volume of calls with little opportunity to catch your breath after a stressful call.
