Cons
Poor training too much focus on the call flow. they tell no script is needed but find out u needed a script to conform to the incredibly strict quality control sheet. Once on floor the first week ur sales don't count for your commission. There are times you find your sales are canceled out and reentered by greedy sales staff or reassigned by a supervisor and no reason why if you ask about it they tell you it was reassigned due to a "bad call". No real side by side sit down to show what was done wrong just a paper that's months after you take the call. There is very heavy micromanagement with supervisors. with little advice. The sales call seam to go certain people and when you looked on then the phone and see a long code at the top you knew your sales were going to low. The stress is second only to the military expected to be chained to your desk.
